Cameron David Tymstra

President, CEO & Director
Mr. Tymstra has more than 15 years of international project management and corporate development experience in the mining industry. He was recently appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Ryker after serving as the President of the Company since inception in 2018 Prior to that, Mr. Tymstra served as Vice President, Corporate Development and Projects of Ryker Mining Corp. Before joining Ryker, Mr. Tymstra worked in corporate development with Africa Oil Corp, with a focus on project development, corporate strategy, acquisitions, divestments, and joint ventures. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the province of Ontario, holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from Queen's University and an MBA from the University of British Columbia.

Marcus Wyatt Olsen

Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Gibbs is a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant and a graduate of the University of Calgary where he obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree. Prior to his role at Josemaria, he served as CFO of Africa Oil Corp, a TSX and Nasdaq Stockholm listed Canadian oil and gas company with assets in Kenya and Ethiopia. Previously, Mr. Gibbs was CFO of Tanganyika Oil where he played a pivotal role in the sale of the company to Sinopec International Petroleum for $2 billion. Prior to Tanganyika Oil, Mr. Gibbs was CFO of Valkyries Petroleum, which was the subject of a $750 million takeover.

Winston Park

Vice President Exploration
Mr. Park acted as Vice President, Exploration for EuroZinc Mining Corporation and held executive positions and directorships for several other Canadian exploration companies operating internationally. He has also been a director and first Vice President of the Association for Mineral Exploration British Columbia (AME BC) and sat on the technical committee for Geoscience BC.
Mr. Park is a registered Professional Engineer in the province of British Columbia, holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from the University of British Columbia and has 29 years of experience in public company management and international mineral exploration.

Johan Derfflinger

Vice President, Operations & Projects
Mr. Derfflinger previously served as Vice President, Technical Services for Josemaria. He has over 25 years of international mining, project development and consulting experience. Prior to joining Josemaria Resources, Mr. Derfflinger was Vice President of the mining consulting businesses at two global engineering companies. His experience includes 10 years leading large multinational teams delivering engineering studies and consulting services to clients in North and South America, as well as 13 years in on-site project development and operations roles in various gold operations in Australia and in Peru. Mr. Derfflinger holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours from the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia and an MBA from Queen's University in Ontario, Canada.

Evaldo Galli

VP Corporate Development & Investor Relations
Mr. Galli is a mining finance professional with over 11 years of experience in capital markets and a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy, and project development. He joins Ryker from a corporate development role at GT Gold Corp., following the acquisition by Newmont Corporation. Mr. Evaldo Galli previously held investment banking roles of increasing seniority focused on the metals and mining sector, most recently with Canaccord Genuity Corp. Mr. D'Sa holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia, Canada and an MBA degree from the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom.

Jan Caballero

South American General Manager
Mr. Cabellero joined the Lundin Group as a Junior Geologist in South America in 1993. He was a member of the team that discovered the Veladero gold deposit in Argentina and participated on the exploration of Josemaria and Filo del Sol, Argentina, and Los Helados, Chile. Mr. Cabellero now serves as South America General Manager for Filo. He has a Licentiate in Geological Sciences from Buenos Aires University, and an MBA from CEMA University, Buenos Aires and a M.Sc. Degree from the University of British Columbia.
He was also part of the exploration team that discovered the Navidad silver project, and collaborated on several grass root exploration ventures including precious and base metals as well as uranium mineralization.

Laila Isabelle McLeod

Corporate Secretary
Ms. McLeod is a Corporate and Securities Paralegal Specialist and brings over 13 years experience in the private and public natural resource sector. In her role as Corporate Secretary, Ms. McLeod has been responsible for supporting the board of directors and executive management in legal and regulatory compliance, corporate governance, board and committee matters, continuous disclosure requirements, corporate and securities transactions, initial public listings, cross-border trading and records management. Ms. McLeod has been an active member of the Governance Professionals of Canada since 2015.
